I thought the first article was a very interesting read. I feel like this handbook could really benefit me as a future teacher. I plan on moving somewhere in the southwest to begin my career. I think it's worth reading and understanding because I am going to be exposed to a lot of Hispanic and other language speaking students. I think I am going to find some way to bursh up on my spanish. Taking one year of it in high school and sleeping through the class probably won't help me out that much. I was thinking about using rosetta stone? Does anyone know someone who has used it? I've heard that it is like ridiculously expensive! Well I guess you have to spend money to make money! Does that saying apply here? I feel like it does.
